Dr. Karen Archer
Karen E Archer, D.D.S was born in Chatham, Ontario and graduated from Kingsville High School, in 1991 with honours, and a Centennial entrance scholarship to Wilfrid Laurier University. At WLU, she completed her BSc in Biology with Honours. From there she went on to the University of Western Ontario School of Dentistry, receiving several awards throughout the 4 years. In 1998, she graduated top of her class, receiving the “UWO Gold Medal in Dentistry. From 1998 to 2003 she was an associate dentist in both Ridgetown and Kingsville, and in 2003 she bought her own practice, where she remains today.
Dr. Valerie Spano
Dr. Valerie Spano was born and raised in Sarnia, ON. She attended the University of Western Ontario where she completed an Honours Specialization in Interdisciplinary Medical Sciences. She went on to obtain her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at the University of Toronto in 2020. After graduating, Dr. Spano pursued advanced training in dentistry and emergency care at Stony Brook University in New York. Dr. Spano joined Dr. Karen Archer Family Dental Care in January 2023.

Natasha graduated with her Level 1 & 2 Dental Assisting from St. Clair College in 2013 and began working at Dr. Karen Archer Family Dental Care in 2014.
Jennifer Gonzalez
Certified Dental Assistant
Jennifer graduated with her Level 1 & 2 Dental Assisting from St. Clair college in 2018 and began working at Dr. Karen Archer Family Dental Care in 2019.
Candace Massad
Office Manager
Candace graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at St. Clair College in 2005. She began working at Dr. Karen Archer Family Dental Care in 2008 as a Registered Dental Hygienist until she became full time office manager.
Ashley Varney
Dental Assistant / Receptionist
Ashley graduated with her Level 1 & 2 Dental Assisting from Everest College in 2010 and began working at Dr. Karen Archer Family Dental Care in 2011 as a chairside Dental Assistant, and then transferred to reception in 2014.
Joanne Lehn
Registered Dental Hygienist
Joanne started her career as a Dental Assistant for eight years before heading back to St. Clair College to study Dental Hygiene. She graduated from the Dental Hygiene program in 1994, and has worked at Dr. Karen Archer Family Dental Care since 2003.
Kourtney Codinha
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kourtney graduated from Dental Hygiene at St. Clair College in 2014. She completed her Bachelor of Sciences from University of Windsor in 2015. Kourtney joined Dr. Karen Archer Family Dental are as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2023.
